Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep your current plan's features until then.
What happens if I go over my included contracts?
Go over your included contracts and we bill $2 per contract per month against your highest count that month. Your first partial month of overage is free.
What happens if I hit the 5-contract limit on Free?
You'll be prompted to upgrade before adding a 6th contract. All your existing contracts stay accessible.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
How does team seat counting work?
Free and Starter include 3 seats, Business includes 10, and Enterprise seats are set per contract. Every plan's members share the workspace's contract portfolio.
Where is my data stored?
Every plan, including Free, runs on your choice of EU or US data residency infrastructure. You pick your region when you sign up.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe, a trusted payment processor that handles all payment data. We never store your card details.
What does Enterprise include?
